My trade for over 20 years in HVAC field both residential and commercial including experience, servicing boilers, heat pumps and air conditioning, plumbing and electrical. Most recently held positions as a Facility Maintenance Manager of over 5 million square feet of commercial buildings and prior a Regional Chief Engineer in hotel industry including but not limited to intense experience with hotel renovations from ground up schematics and blueprint reading and numerous successful inspections.
